Privacy Policy

PH7 Autocare, a brand of PH7 MOBILITY PVT. LTD. ("PH7", "we", "us"), collects the information you give us when you sign up, book a service, or place a Shop order: name, phone, email, address, vehicle details, and location (for doorstep service and delivery).

We use this information to schedule and deliver services, process orders and payments, send booking/delivery updates (SMS, WhatsApp, email), and improve our service. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Location data (parking pin, service address) is shared only with the worker assigned to your visit, for the purpose of reaching you.

Payment details are processed by our payment gateway provider and are not stored on PH7 servers.
