Refund & Shipping Policy

Services: if you're not satisfied with a wash or detailing visit, contact us within 24 hours and we'll re-do the service or refund that visit at our discretion.

Subscriptions: cancelling stops future billing; visits already paid for in the current cycle are still honoured.

Shop orders: local delivery on 462xxx pincodes is free; courier shipping elsewhere is a flat fee shown at checkout based on order weight. Typical delivery is 1–2 days locally, 4–7 days by courier.

Shop returns: unopened, unused products can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund minus shipping. Contact connect@ph7autocare.com to start a return.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval.
