These terms govern your use of PH7 Autocare's subscription car-wash plans, à-la-carte detailing services, and the PH7 Shop. PH7 Autocare is a brand of PH7 MOBILITY PVT. LTD.

Subscription plans renew in 28-day billing cycles at the price shown at signup for your vehicle type; you can pause or cancel from your dashboard at any time before the next billing cycle.

À-la-carte service bookings are confirmed once a worker and time slot are assigned — you'll see this reflected in "My Services" in your dashboard. We'll contact you if your requested slot can't be fulfilled.

Shop orders are subject to product availability; we reserve the right to cancel and refund an order if a product goes out of stock before dispatch.

PH7 is not liable for pre-existing vehicle damage, and asks that you flag any existing damage to the worker before a service begins.

These terms are governed by the laws of India; disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh. Grievances: connect@ph7autocare.com.
